This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. This policy explains the little that is processed when you visit, and what happens when you contact us.

Valeorix is a digital agency. This policy concerns the website published at valeorix.com and is written by the person who operates it. If you need to know who that is in a formal sense, or to send a legal notice, contact us on WhatsApp at +212 696 186 268 and we will identify ourselves in full.
It explains what happens to personal data when you visit valeorix.com or contact us through it. It covers this website only. Work carried out for a client is governed by the separate agreement signed for that work.
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no chat widget and no tracking of any kind. It writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage. It loads no fonts, scripts, stylesheets or images from third-party servers: every file is served from our own domain. There is no form on this website, so nothing can be submitted from it.
These are not intentions. They were verified on 1 August 2026 by loading every page of the site in a browser and recording all outgoing network requests, cookies and storage writes. The result was zero on all three counts.
Valeorix does not sell or ship physical products through this website. There is no shop, no cart, no checkout and no payment page, so no order, delivery or payment data is ever collected here.
Our host, Netlify, records a standard server log entry for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if there is one, and your browser's user-agent string. This is inherent to serving a website over the internet. It is used only to deliver the site, keep it available and investigate errors or abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and we do not subscribe to Netlify Analytics.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where it applies), and the legitimate interest of the controller under Moroccan Law 09-08.
WhatsApp. The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with +212 696 186 268, with a message already written for you. You choose whether to send it. From the moment you do, you are using WhatsApp, and Meta processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We receive what you decide to send: typically your name, your WhatsApp number, and what you tell us about your project. WhatsApp is our main channel and the one we answer fastest.
There is no other channel. Valeorix has no dedicated email address at this time, and this website has no form. WhatsApp is currently the only way to reach us, for day-to-day enquiries and for formal correspondence alike. A dedicated email address may be added later.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to you.
This site links to Instagram, to the personal LinkedIn profile of our founder, to two client websites (belzana.com and academyanasibnumalik.com), and to third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) from the “Ask Your AI” buttons. Following any of them takes you to a service we do not control, each with its own privacy policy. We receive nothing about what you do once you are there.
There is no other processor. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Netlify and Meta operate outside Morocco and, in part, outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and on the transfer frameworks published by each provider.
Server logs are held by Netlify under its own retention policy; we do not set that period and we do not copy those logs. WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if a project follows, for the duration of that project. We do not state a fixed number of days here, because we have not set one. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified, and to object to its processing. Where the GDPR applies, you additionally have the right to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To request access, correction, restriction or deletion of personal data, contact Valeorix through WhatsApp at +212 696 186 268. Please clearly state that your message concerns a privacy request. We answer within one month. We may need to ask you for information that lets us confirm who you are; we use it for that purpose only and for nothing else.
In Morocco, to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
In the European Economic Area, to the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you live, where you work, or where the issue arose.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not send individual notifications, because we keep no mailing list.
